M. SaifuddinKhokon was enrolled as an advocate in the register of  Bangladesh Bar Council in 2004 and in the same year he became a member of the Dhaka Bar association, thereafter he got permission to practice in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (High Court Division) in 2007 and became member of Supreme Court Bar Association in 2010. He is a regular and sincere practitioner in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
